Who is responsible

Personal data is processed for the Right Guide by TurkNomad service under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. The controller is the party that offers this service at turknomad.cloud. Requests are received through the contact channel published on the site.

Data we process

Browsing the landing page does not open an account, and this page does not ask you to fill in a form. A name, an email address or payment details are not requested for that visit.

On a paid plan, the 20-question form sent after purchase collects budget, purpose, expectations and way of living. Way of living covers how you eat, work, sleep and spend your free time. The video call that follows discusses what you need. The call is 30 minutes on Holiday and Adventurer, and 45 minutes on Wonderer and Digital Nomad.

The app keeps check-ins and the popular spots you save. Data of a special nature, such as health, is processed only if you choose to write it for the plan. You do not have to write it.

Purpose and legal ground

Data is processed to write your plan, prepare the app, provide support and meet legal duties. For a paid service the legal ground is the making and performance of the contract. Where a statute requires a record, that statute is the ground. Records on the free plan exist so you can use the app and keep popular spots.

Sharing

Your data is not sold and is not given to third parties to build an advertising profile. Fonts are loaded from Google servers. Your IP address may be sent to Google with that request. The site does not run its own analytics or advertising tool.

When a payment is taken, the organisation that collects it acts under its own terms. The site has no checkout step at present. The price is confirmed at the time of payment.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as it is needed to prepare the plan and to support you afterwards. Records that a statute requires to be kept longer are kept for that period. When the period ends, the data is deleted or separated from your identity.

Your rights

Your rights under Article 11 of the Law remain in force. You may ask whether your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to the processing. Send the request through the contact channel published on the site. A reply is given within thirty days of the request reaching us.
