The service

These terms govern use of Right Guide by TurkNomad at turknomad.cloud and in the Right Guide app. The provider is the party named on the site as Right Guide by TurkNomad.

Right Guide is a personalised planning assistant for Southeast Asia. The plan is written from how you eat, work, sleep and spend your free time. Two people who choose the same length do not receive the same day. The service is not a tour sale, a travel agency, or the sale of one programme to everyone.

Plans and price

The package prices are listed below. Flights, lodging, rent, groceries, official fees, a SIM line and an insurance premium are not included. The plan writes those steps. You pay them.

• Free: general information and discovery. There is no personal consultation and no private app.
• Holiday: 5–14 days. The price is 99 US dollars. It is the first paid package. It includes a 30-minute call, two country options and a day-by-day plan for the country you choose.
• Adventurer: 15–30 days. The price is 149 US dollars. Beyond Holiday, it covers more than one city, travel between cities, a local SIM, a bank and a tax-refund guide.
• Wonderer: 31–59 days. The price is 299 US dollars. The call is 45 minutes.
• Digital Nomad: 60 days or more. The price is 499 US dollars. It includes a 45-minute call, 7 days of follow-up and limited message support for the first 30 days.

How a plan is prepared

After you purchase a paid plan, the process has five stages. A 20-question form covers budget, purpose, expectations and way of living. A video call then goes through what you need. The call is 30 minutes on Holiday and Adventurer, and 45 minutes on Wonderer and Digital Nomad. Two countries are offered and you choose one. Flights, stays, places and events are prepared for that country. The guide is turned into your personal app and delivered within two business days.

The sale is made at a distance. Preparation of your plan starts when the form is sent. Withdrawal and refund terms are stated at the payment step, before the price is confirmed and collected.

Your duties

The information you give in the form and on the call must be yours and accurate. You decide on travel, lodging, shopping and official applications, and you pay those costs. The app shows what to do, and how. A third party may change a price, opening hours or a reply.

Visas and tax refunds

Travel to Southeast Asian countries is usually visa-free. For countries that require a visa, such as Taiwan and Vietnam, we support completion of the digital forms from start to finish. You submit the application. The competent authority of that country decides the result. A visa, a residence permit or a border crossing is not promised.

A tax refund is the refund collected at the customs point in the airport on a high-value purchase. The free plan carries the general information for this step. A paid plan writes which receipt to keep, where to apply and the order, for your own shopping. You claim the refund. Payment of the refund is not promised. This service is not tax advice.

The app and records

Check-in keeps the café, restaurant and venue you visit inside the app. On the free plan you can save popular spots. These records are for your own use. Copying the plan for sale, transferring it to someone else, or presenting it as your own service is outside these terms.

Intellectual property

The site, the app, the text and the structure of your plan belong to Right Guide by TurkNomad. You may use the plan delivered to you for your own trip. That right does not transfer the source files or the method.

Liability

The content is prepared for your travel date and for the step of that day. We do not guarantee that a venue stays open, that a price stays the same, or that an official application is accepted. Transport, weather, official decisions and the acts of third parties sit outside the service fee.

The service is not a tour operator, a travel agency, a tax practice or an immigration consultancy. Liability that the law does not allow to be limited remains in force. Any other liability is limited to the fee confirmed for the relevant plan.

Changes and governing law

This text may be updated. The version in force is the version published on the site. A paid plan already purchased is prepared to the scope confirmed at purchase.

Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In a consumer transaction, the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of the consumer’s place of residence have jurisdiction. A request is made through the contact channel published on turknomad.cloud.
